    At Test Your Mettle Fitness, I am committed to helping our clients achieve their optimal health and wellness through personalized coaching and support. I believe that everyone has the power to improve their health, and I'm here to help guide you on that journey.

    My Approach

    I don't outsource my clients, and I approach each client with curiosity to learn about their pain, struggles and goals. I take a more holistic approach to health coaching, focusing on the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. I work with our clients to identify their unique health goals and create a personalized plan that fits their lifestyle and needs. My goal is to empower my clients to make sustainable changes that will improve their health and well-being.
